Well they did write back and said to reinstall drivers for Intell Chipset Driver, Intell Graphics driver, and Intell HD Graphics Driver 3000/4000 update. Which I did now but still problem persists. Next they (Sony) tells me:

If the issue still persists, I would suggest that you perform a system recovery and then upgarde the operating system to Windows 8 by following the guidelines provided by Sony. This should resolve the issue in the computer.
